MOSIX is a cluster operating system that provides a single-system image. It can be used to run HPC applications on Linux clusters, multi-clusters, clouds and clusters with many accelerator devices. MOSIX supports both interactive processes and batch jobs. It incorporates automatic resource discovery and dynamic workload distribution, commonly found on single computers with multiple processors.

  • VCL-1.21 was released.
  • A process migration package for OpenMPI was released.
  • RPMs for openSUSE 12.2 with MOSIX-3.1.1.1 were released.
  • The virtual-disk image for creating a MOSIX cluster on Linux and/or Windows was upgraded to 64b.
